I understand and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth in this Fall Festival
at Grayson Highlands application and information packet. In addition, I understand that the
Fall Festival Crafts Committee and/or the
Rugby Fire and Rescue Squads cannot be held responsible for articles lost, stolen, or
damaged during the Festival.

Vendor Guidelines
1) Handmade
2) Of good quality with emphasis on homestead crafts
3) No flea market items are allowed for resale
4) No ready to eat food items allowed to be sold
5) No T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, caps, or cookbooks can be sold as these are sold by the rescue squad
That the majority of ones selected are regional (local) crafts persons.
The variety of crafts being exhibited for sale will include natural art, paintings, basket weaving, craft dolls, puppets and art toys, crotchet, floral arrangements, quilting, jewelry, leather goods, musical instrument making, needle work, pottery, wood craving, and black powder musket making.
The Crafts Committee will screen all vendors for compliance and for any items not approved for sale prior to festival. Any questions regarding the selection process should be directed to the Crafts Committee.
